The RichHER Foundation was founded by Dr. Ivana M. Rich, a servant leader committed to helping others to realize and achieve their dreams. Dr. Rich is a mother, mentor, educator, faithful servant, and community advocate. As a young single mother, she has taken advantage of every opportunity to better herself and provide the best life possible for her daughter while making time to serve those in need in her community. Through her experiences in higher education, she has developed a passion for helping others to reach their full potential.

 

 The RichHER Foundation was developed to create spaces for women to gain knowledge and skills that they would not usually receive in a traditional educational setting or workplace training. The goal of our programming is to provide women with the confidence to successfully navigate in various spaces and situations. These programs are ever-changing, adapting to the needs of our complex society.
